Understanding Your Results
Urinary drug testing conducted to Australian Standard AS/NZS 4308:2008 will yield one of two initial results:
Negative Test: No drugs and/or alcohol were detected in the provided sample.
Non-Negative Test: A drug metabolite is detected during the initial instant test. In this event, the employer can choose to have the non-negative specimen sent to a NATA-accredited laboratory for formal confirmation testing to verify the exact presence and levels of the substance.
What Can We Test For?
For instant drug screening, we use an Australian Standard AS/NZS 4308:2008 multi-drug 6-panel urine drug testing kit. This rapid screen tests for illicit substances and medication classes, including:
Cannabis
Opiates
Methamphetamines
Amphetamines
Cocaine
Benzodiazepines
Alcohol testing is conducted efficiently using an Australian Standard-compliant handheld breathalyser.
Don't wait weeks for an appointment. Ensure your workplace remains safe and compliant today.
